Your Job
Working at a high-tech cybersecurity team for a product-based company, you will collaborate with the brightest minds in technology to develop, build, and support tools that enable global teams to counter cyberattacks and empower them to run businesses successfully.

Responsibilities
As a Network Security Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing security tools and procedures in the network security environment. This includes configuring and maintaining systems that protect Koch Industries from cyber security threats. Key skills required include technical implementation in firewalls, proxy, reverse proxy, communication, collaboration, customer focus, economic and critical thinking, leadership, and value creation.

Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for operations of our perimeter and process control network security environments, including requests, break and fix, troubleshooting, new setups, logging, and reporting on alerts.
- Basic to advanced experience of working on SIEM tools like Splunk.
- Operates, documents, and maintains security controls.
- Configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Fortinet proxy servers, reverse proxy, and other policy-based network security devices.
- Understanding and basic hands-on experience with Cisco ISE, Meraki, Cisco WLC.
- Having knowledge around SDWAN, OSPF, and other LAN protocols.

Requirements
- Experience in support of complex enterprise networks and management of network & network security devices like firewalls and proxies.
- Ability to analyze network packet traces (PCAP), Fiddler Logs, Http/Https Headers.
- Configuration, maintenance, and optimization of Fortinet firewalls.
- Understanding of network security systems, intrusion detection systems, and protocols like TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP, HTTPS, AD, Static and Dynamic Routing, OSI Model, etc.
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Root cause analysis and problem management skills.
- Must be willing to participate in on-call support.
- Ability to provide support during weekends if needed for project implementations.
- Willingness to work 3 days from the office a week.

What Will Put You Ahead
- One or more industry certifications such as: Network+, Security+, GSEC, PCNSE.
- Knowledge and experience in Palo Alto, Zscaler proxy servers.
- Experience in LAN, Meraki, Legacy Wireless.
- Cisco ISE & SDWAN knowledge.
- Experience with Process Control Networks (PCN), or Managing Security for PCNs.
- IOT.
- Experience with automation/scripting/coding will be helpful for automation and analytics.
