Job Title: Multimedia Content Creator

PepsiCo is seeking a talented Multimedia Content Creator to develop and manage design and creative proposals for Mexico eComm assets. As a specialist in art direction, motion graphics, and team management, you will be responsible for creating and delivering different eComm assets, adapting existing master graphics, and conceptualizing new graphic assets. Key responsibilities include supervising multiple projects, working with the Business Management team, and developing skills to create and deliver eComm assets. A Bachelor's degree in a directly related field is required, as well as proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe After Effects, and strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise multiple projects in their different stages for eComm Mexico.
  • Work in coordination with Business Management team to ensure delivery of the master to the brand.
  • Concept, deliver & development skills to create and deliver different eComm assets.
  • Adaptation of existing master graphics / key visuals to create new graphic assets.
  • Ability to design and conceptualize master graphics / key visuals and adapt to different materiales when needed.
  • Video editing and motion graphics.
  • Digital manipulation and rapid prototyping (quick mockups) and ability to build graphic concepts when needed.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in a directly related field (Graphic design, Animation, Advertising, Visual arts, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving, communications, and relationship-building skills.
  • Presentation skills and proven ability to influence creative decision making are a must.
  • Content adaptation skills across different static, animated and video formats.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and (Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere).
  • Knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • Language proficiency both in English and Spanish is a must for this role.

  • Effective communication skills, communicate clearly, written and orally, to present and defend your ideas.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize in order to execute projects within established timelines
  • Accuracy and attention to detail when completing projects.
