Job Summary:This is a key leadership role that requires a strong program management background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence and inspire teams. As a Senior Staff Solution Program Manager, you will be responsible for delivering programs through a methodical approach of planning, executing, and controlling projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan, program manage, and deliver major strategic priorities and complex large-scale system releases supporting franchise programs across multiple Agile Solution Delivery trains.
- Build and maintain overall detailed project plans, Gantt charts, status updates, and RAIDE Registers (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies, and Escalations) integrating all cross-functional workstreams.
- Lead release-based program core team and steering committee meetings for assigned programs.
- Lead project-related activities of project team members, providing guidance on conformance to established computer systems validation procedures.
- Identify and assess mitigation options for program risks and issues, and escalate as needed to ensure program success.
- Assist Product Owners and core teams in problem-solving and scenario analysis to assess the impact of change requests.
- Provide input to Agile teams and ARTs review during PI planning and assess the impact of PI Planning output to the overall plan.
- Adhere to all regulatory agency standards, company quality standards, and corporate policies.
- SDLC and Infrastructure Program Management experience.
- Agile/SAFe certification and training.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams and executives.
- Excellent coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think strategically and tactically to address challenges and drive improvements.
- Proven experience in leading change management efforts, addressing resistance, and fostering a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to define and achieve measurable business outcomes through Lean-Agile practices.
