The Citigold Relationship Banker is a developing professional role that requires a strong understanding of financial services and client relationships. As a key member of the Citi team, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing client needs and asset allocation to provide tailored financial solutions.
  • Proactively engaging with clients to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to increase product penetration and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in financial services or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Mandatory certifications as required for selling financial products.
  • Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
