Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Order Management: Efficiently manage the entire order lifecycle, from capturing and tracking customer orders to ensuring timely delivery of products and services.
  • Credit & Collection: Analyze financial data to mitigate risks associated with non-creditworthy partners. Establish appropriate credit limits and review blocked orders while maintaining strong relationships and ensuring prompt payments.
  • Cash Application: Oversee the timely application of cash receipts on a daily basis. Collaborate with relevant teams to gather remittances and documentation to ensure accurate cash allocation and adjustments.

All functions require acting as a point of contact for resolving inquiries, generating analytical reports, and making informed decisions. This includes addressing internal and external communications, reconciling accounts, managing month-end close processes, participating in projects, and identifying areas for improvement.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluent in English
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS Office
  • Experience in similar roles
  • Background in public or private companies with a robust internal control framework
  • Experience in transition and continuous improvement initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA
  • Experience with SharePoint, Power BI, and Visio
  • Knowledge of additional languages, such as Portuguese
  • Familiarity with LEAN and Six Sigma methodologies
