UI/UX Design Analyst

At Deintec, we're seeking a talented UI/UX Design Analyst to join our Digital Platforms Team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in optimizing the user experience of our ServiceNow workflows and solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product owners and engineers.
  • Design graphic user interface elements, such as menus, email notifications, dashboards, workspaces, tabs, and widgets.
  • Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.
  • Create original graphic designs, including images, sketches, and tables.
  • Develop, support, and maintain functions and experience of ServiceNow products, such as the Virtual Assistant, Mobile app, and Service Portal.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, including responsiveness.
  • Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
  • Adhere to style CEMEX standards on fonts, colors, and images.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
  • Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role, with a portfolio of design projects.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform as a developer.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of design software, such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Team spirit, strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Professional studies in Design, Computer Science, or relevant field.
  • Strong project management skills with methodologies such as AGILE, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Ability to identify key issues, involve affected parties, design solutions, obtain buy-in, and communicate effectively through resolution.

Salary: Up to $40,000.00 per month

Work Location: One location
