Additionally, they will act as the main point of contact for cyber security audits and compliance, and collaborate with the cybersecurity team to update defensive protocols.
Key Responsibilities- Provide level 2-3 workplace support to local teams on escalations and help design/deliver maintainable solutions.
- Conduct high-level root-cause analysis for service interruptions and establish preventive measures.
- Monitor all infrastructure and system installations, supervise configurations, testing, and maintenance activities.
- Act as main point of contact for cyber security audits and compliance of all local IT processes.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity team to update defensive protocols as necessary.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years of experience working as a developer, in database administration, and in project management.
- Proficiency in.NET, SQL Server, and HTML5.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- SAP and/or Oracle knowledge.
- Valid visa/passport.
