We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Support Specialist to support, administer, and monitor our production environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in server cluster management and be able to recommend and implement improvements to ensure business-critical production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and administer infrastructure used for production
- Monitor and recommend improvements to ensure operation of business-critical production environment
- Manage load configuration of server cluster environment and make recommendations for purchase or upgrade
- Propose and implement solutions to improve performance and reliability of infrastructure
- Apply capacity planning to business recommendations
Requirements
- Recent graduate or 1 year of experience in IT
- Strong background in server cluster management
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with Windows Server and Linux
- Proficiency in monitoring, storage, and VMs
