Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Research Associate II to join our team. As a Clinical Research Associate at PSI CRO, you will have the opportunity to work on clinical studies in different therapeutic indications, maintaining the highest quality standards in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct and report all types of onsite monitoring visits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and study protocols.
- Be involved in study startup and feasibility research, providing valuable insights to support project planning.
- Perform CRF review, source document verification, and query resolution, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Be responsible for site communication and management, building strong relationships with site personnel and stakeholders.
- Be a point of contact for in-house support services and vendors, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Communicate with internal project teams regarding study progress, providing timely updates and insights.
- Support the regulatory team in preparing documents for study submissions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- College/University degree in Life Sciences or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Independent on-site monitoring experience in Mexico.
- Experience in all types of monitoring visits in Phase II/III.
- Full working proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Ability to plan and work in a dynamic team environment.
- Communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to travel.
