Ria Money Transfer, a global leader in remittances and a division of Euronet Worldwide (Nasdaq: EEFT), seeks an experienced Customer Care Expert to join its dedicated team.

Job Description

The Customer Care Expert will provide outstanding service to customers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems with Ria's products and services. This role may involve handling a high volume of inbound or outbound calls to create a positive experience for each customer.

The ideal candidate will be polite, professional, and able to work closely with team members to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

This position requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as proficiency with computers and typing software. The successful candidate will be able to adapt to changing situations and make decisions quickly to resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns.
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain solutions and provide support.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required; more education or experience is preferred.
  • Excellent customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Understanding of Ria's products, services, and policies is necessary.
  • Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills are required.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Adaptability and accountability are essential for success in this role.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $45,000 - $55,000, depending on location and experience. Additionally, Ria offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
