We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department and drive business growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing all service department activities, ensuring seamless customer experiences and driving business success.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service, listening to and consulting with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
  • **Service Delivery**: Oversee complete vehicle inspections, make comprehensive recommendations, and build computerized repair orders and source parts.
  • **Estimates and Pricing**: Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers, promoting shop service specials and driving sales growth.
  • **Team Leadership**: Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business success.
  • **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
  • **Other Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned to drive business growth and success.

**Requirements**

  • **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
  • **Knowledge**: General automotive knowledge and leadership ability.
  • **Availability**: Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • **Certifications**: Valid driver's license.
