**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Service**: Deliver exceptional customer service, listening to and consulting with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- **Service Delivery**: Oversee complete vehicle inspections, make comprehensive recommendations, and build computerized repair orders and source parts.
- **Estimates and Pricing**: Deliver and discuss pricing estimates with customers, promoting shop service specials and driving sales growth.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, manage, and train a team of technicians, ensuring they are equipped to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business success.
- **Inventory Management**: Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure the overall cleanliness and organization of the facility.
- **Other Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned to drive business growth and success.
**Requirements**
- **Experience**: A minimum of 2 years of store or service manager experience.
- **Knowledge**: General automotive knowledge and leadership ability.
- **Availability**: Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- **Certifications**: Valid driver's license.
