Senior Software Development Engineer, Global Commercial Real Estate Solutions

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to join our team at Servicios Comerciales Amazon Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. in the commercial real estate industry. In this role, you will work at a global scale to develop and implement cutting-edge technology solutions that will transform our approach to industrial real estate.
You will accomplish this by applying tools in workflow automation, geospatial intelligence and mapping, and artificial intelligence. You will work closely with a team of experts to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers to develop and implement software solutions that leverage workflow automation, geospatial intelligence and mapping, and artificial intelligence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy software solutions that meet the needs of our clients.
- Actively engage and participate in software architecture and design reviews.
- Maintain and enhance existing software applications to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our software solutions remain at the forefront of the industry.

- 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
- 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience.
- 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience.
- Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team.
- 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
