Position Responsibilities:

  • Gain a thorough understanding of the real estate landscape in Latin America and identify key market players;
  • Source new business leads through referrals and digital channels, targeting developers and investors in the real estate sector;
  • Establish strong relationships with developers, investors, and service providers within the real estate industry;
  • Manage accounts for club members by conducting regular meetings and participating in events (both virtual and in-person);
  • Formulate commercial strategies to expand the club's presence in Latin America by attracting new high-value clients and retaining existing ones;
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as Production, Project Management, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations;
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed to meet clients and oversee events (15-20% of the time).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Preferred educational background: Degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Marketing, Law, or Engineering;
  • Commercial experience; Minimum of 5 years in a relevant role;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Google Drive;
  • High level of computer proficiency, creativity, and awareness of current technologies;
  • Eager to travel frequently;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills;
  • Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines;
  • Capable of working independently while critically evaluating information, maintaining high standards, and paying attention to detail;
  • Team-oriented with the ability to build effective relationships both externally and internally;
  • Quickly acquire knowledge of the company's diverse products;
  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is required;
  • Intermediate proficiency in English is necessary;
  • Availability: 80% in-person / 20% remote work.
