Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal Developer to join our team at Iqvia Argentina. As a key member of our proposal development team, you will play a critical role in the preparation and finalization of proposals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and analyze Request for Proposal (RFP) documents to identify key information for proposal development and budget creation.
  • Collaborate closely with the proposal development team to prepare and finalize proposals, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our clients' needs and requirements, and work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
  • Prepare and edit proposal documents, including text and budget, to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide support and assistance to other proposal developers as needed, ensuring seamless delivery of assigned opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our company's processes and policies related to proposal development, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and identify discrepancies in customer information.
  • Perform quality control edits on all documents and participate in the finalization of documents and distribution to the customer and internal departments.
  • Update and maintain corporate databases as required, ensuring accurate information is included in tracking reports.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Life Science, Business Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year direct experience in proposals or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and customers.
