Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our account management team, you will be responsible for onboarding new customers, proactively reaching out to accounts based on Gainsight triggers, conducting quarterly/annual business reviews, and having renewal/cancel and pre-cancel conversations with clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers
  • Monitor account health and proactively reach out to accounts based on Gainsight triggers
  • Schedule and complete quarterly/annual business reviews
  • Have save/pre-cancel conversations
  • Conduct renewal conversations with accounts at risk
  • Funnel referrals to sales

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Understanding of the SMB space a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce CRM a plus
