Job Description

Job Title: Graphic Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Project Manager to join our team at Sig Combibloc. As a Graphic Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the Pre-print department, ensuring that individual graphic projects are completed on time and to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entry of new or modified designs from domestic and international customers, prioritizing according to the needs of the sales department to meet customer expectations.
  • Work closely with the quality department to ensure that all processes are up to date and meet internal and external audits.
  • Investigate non-conformities with customer-approved standards and assist with technical knowledge.
  • Ensure that the design files meet global standards.
  • Negotiate deadlines with cylinder suppliers, discussing issues of layouts and colours of designs with agencies and the company.
  • Track the production of new designs, feed back to the print teams to adjust colours and ensure the printed material matches the digital colour proof.
  • Monitor costs and investments of the area according to the approved budget and ensure that material is available for production as planned.
  • Act proactively and sustainably by being aware of and seeking to minimize the impact of your activities on the environment and commit to the company's environmental policy.
  • Comply and work in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices to ensure the production of safe packaging for customers and consumers.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Administration, Marketing, Design, Production, or Engineer.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Advanced English level.
