Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our team. Key Responsibilities
  • Design Creation: Develop and design high-quality visual materials for our customers, ensuring each design is tailored to specific industries, sub-industries, and use cases.
  • Team Leadership: Start as a hands-on designer and gradually transition into a leadership role, where you will recruit, manage, and mentor a team of graphic designers to support Oppizi's rapid growth.
  • Metadata Management: Incorporate and manage metadata on each design to ensure consistency and relevance across various campaigns.
  • Client Collaboration: Work closely with internal customers and external clients, delivering clear communication to understand and fulfill their design needs.
  • Tool Proficiency: Utilize tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and stock image platforms to create visually compelling designs that meet project requirements.
  • Process Development: Establish and refine the processes within the graphic design department to optimize efficiency and output.
Requirements
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a background in an agency setting.
  • Portfolio: A strong and diverse portfolio showcasing your ability to deliver creative and effective designs across various mediums.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading and managing design teams.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, particularly in explaining design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and familiarity with stock image platforms.
  • Project Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering high-quality work on time.
