Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the import and export of goods, including preparing and submitting necessary documents and paperwork.
  • Ensure compliance with customs regulations, including classification, valuation, and licensing requirements.
  • Communicate with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates on shipment status.
  • Monitor and track shipments, including tracking numbers and delivery dates.
  • Prepare and submit reports on import and export activity, including statistics and trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including sales, purchasing, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in customs regulations and procedures, and implement new processes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Working knowledge of productivity tools, including Microsoft Office products and TEAMS conferencing software.
  • Bachelor's degree and/or 1-3 years of Import Export, Traffic, Customs or Trade Compliance experience preferred.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 5:36 p.m.
