Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Client Advisor to join our dynamic team in Cancun. As a Client Advisor, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with clients, exceeding sales goals, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs through effective client outreach and engagement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, updating and maintaining client profile records.
- Utilize the Bottega Veneta Client Journey and other selling techniques to maximize each transaction and improve KPIs.
- Assist management with store opening and closing procedures, maintain visual standards, and comply with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of previous retail sales experience in a customer service related field; preferably in a luxury environment.
- Ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Polished and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Ability to be mobile on the sales floor for extended periods and work closing shifts, Saturdays, and Sundays.
