About the Opportunity:

Salesforce Technical Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled Technical Account Manager to join our team at Salesforce. In this role, you will be responsible for serving as a primary contact point for high-profile customers, providing expert guidance, and ensuring seamless delivery of our solutions.

You will cultivate and maintain stakeholder relationships with IT and business executive leadership, sponsors, and decision-makers within customer organizations. Your primary goal will be to help customers achieve their business goals and outcomes on the Salesforce platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. They will also possess a deep understanding of software development processes and design methodologies.
