Licensing and Brand Partnership Manager

**Licensing Strategy**
Develop and execute a comprehensive licensing strategy that aligns with Kosmos / Kings League's goals and brand positioning.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying potential licensing opportunities and target markets to expand the brand's reach.
- Conducting market research and competitive analysis to stay updated on industry trends and opportunities.
- Negotiating licensing agreements with potential partners, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.
**Partnership Management**
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and negotiate licensing agreements that drive business growth and brand expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing ongoing relationships with licensing partners, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and maintaining positive partnerships.
- Collaborating with legal teams to ensure contracts and licensing agreements are properly drafted and executed.
**Product Development and Merchandising**
Work closely with licensees and internal teams to develop licensed product lines that align with the brand and target market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Guiding the product development process, from concept ideation to final product launch, ensuring quality and brand consistency.
- Collaborating with marketing and sales teams to develop merchandising strategies that drive product visibility and sales.
**Financial Analysis and Forecasting**
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting related to licensing and merchandising activities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring sales performance, royalty revenues, and expenses associated with licensing partnerships.
- Preparing reports and providing insights to management on licensing revenue, profitability, and market trends.
**Brand Compliance and Quality Control**
Ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards across all licensed products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting regular product quality control checks and monitoring consumer feedback to maintain brand integrity.
- Implementing measures to protect the brand from unauthorized use and infringement.
**Marketing and Promotions**
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns to support licensed product launches.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating promotional activities with licensees and retailers to maximize product visibility and consumer engagement.
- Monitoring marketing effectiveness and adjusting strategies as needed to drive sales and brand awareness.
**Contract Administration and Legal Compliance**
Maintain accurate records of licensing contracts, agreements, and related documentation.

- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including intellectual property rights and licensing regulations.
