Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive quality assurance plans to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of systems and data.
- Lead manual acceptance API and UI/UX testing, ensuring the alignment with team objectives and risk management policies.
- Design, document, and maintain functional test cases, data validation, and automated scripts.
- Execute and evaluate manual and automated test cases, documenting results and collaborating in an Agile environment with rapidly changing requirements.
- Identify security vulnerabilities and conduct comprehensive security testing.
- Serve as a Quality expert on your team, assisting with troubleshooting and defect resolution.
- Coordinate with your delivery team to explore automating manual testing and supporting user acceptance testing.
- Operate within an environment utilizing tools such as Drone.Io, AWS cloud technologies, GitHub, SumoLogic, Grafana, Selenium, and JMeter or K6 among others.
Requirements
- Experience in implementing and improving quality practices in a microservice, cloud architecture environment.
- Proficient in software development and delivery practices with a deep grasp of software quality and CI/CD release management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive a quality assurance program and manage change effectively.
- Experience with security testing and understanding of security standards and challenges.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with a variety of testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JMeter, K6, Postman).
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, including remote and geographically distributed members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
- A continuous learner, keeping up with new practices and technologies in quality assurance.
- Experience in an Agile, Lean, DevOps organization and culture.
