Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Worldwide Express. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office administration and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness, efficiency, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement intra-office communication protocols to enhance collaboration and productivity.
  • Streamline administrative procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Manage and maintain inventory control systems to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Support HR functions, including employee onboarding and offboarding, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining confidential records.
  • Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, such as event planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in office administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish language skills.

Working Environment: This is a full-time position in a fast-paced office environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
