About Your RoleThis is a senior-level position, requiring a strong background in interior design and project management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update stakeholders or team members on project progress.
- Coach and support project team members on tasks assigned to them.
- Preparation of schematic design, design development, construction bidding and licensing drawings.
- Effective in coordinating with all disciplines involved in the project such as structures, MEP, fire protection and safety.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' post-qualification experience working on real projects: design interiors. Essential. Verifiable.
- High level in Revit Architecture and Autodesk BIM 360 platform. Essential.
- English is a must. Capable of handling projects in this language 100%.
- Demonstrate excellent design and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish and English.
