Job Overview
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance schedule for site facilities.
- Manage facility installations and maintenance operations, including coordinating cafeteria services.
- Budget Management: Generate purchase orders in SAP and track the PO process along with invoice approvals.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is preferred.
- Administrative Role: Assisting in TREC/CCA Projects.
- Direct liaison with suppliers (Service Contracts and Cafeteria providers).
- Support in cafeteria coffee breaks.
- Assist in Architectural Design projects for TREC/CCA.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in the final stages of higher education (semester or quarter), graduating Summer 2025 or later.
Possess an intermediate conversational level of English.
Valid student insurance.
- Proficient in Office applications.
Fields of Study: Civil Engineering / Architecture / Industrial Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Electromechanical Engineering or related fields.
