We are seeking an experienced Operations Business Partner to join our team at Industrias La Mesa. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in supervising daily operations, analyzing performance metrics, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including analyzing performance metrics and developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Develop and implement best practices, company policies, and service excellence standards to ensure a productive and profitable working environment.
- Address operational issues and concerns in a timely manner, supporting multiple product lines and facilities.
- Lead key visits to ILM, coordinating logistics and security efforts.
- Educate operations teams on best practices, company policies, and service excellence standards.
- Oversee operational costs, risks, and audit activities.
- Determine staffing requirements, work assignments, and schedules for new projects in collaboration with plant and production managers.
- Coordinate with the General Manager on operational issues and promotional activities.
- Generate operational reports for management as needed.
- College degree required.
- 2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Master level proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:06pm.
