The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Regional Business Partner of the Regional Management Lead and act as the point of contact in Operations related areas.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with teams responsible for generating financial reports & analysis, explaining content to management and business partners, with a focus on accuracy.
  • Lead regional implementation of global methods, processes, and strategies to drive performance, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Coordinate and prepare all information related to the monthly operations review; consider a Vice President communication.
  • Audit support and responsible for quality control.
  • Drive Regional Reporting and Regional Staff Meetings.
  • Accurately identify conflicts and issues that may impact the availability, integrity, or completeness of data.
  • Support the implementation of the Program Management Governance.

Requirements

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Broad and deep understanding of real estate, construction, and facilities lifecycle.
  • Deep experience conducting financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.
  • Consistently manages deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to research, identify and recommend system changes.
  • Exceptional analytical, conceptual, and creative thinking aptitude.
  • Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents, and respond to sensitive issues.
  • Strong organization and time management skills to balance and prioritize work.
  • Ability to balance structure with a Continuous Improvement approach.
  • Ability to manage a multi-stakeholder process.
  • Demonstrated ability to work within and lead a matrixed team across multiple geographies and time zones.
  • Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to independently develop initiatives.
  • Program orientation, blending strategic thinking and detailed tactical planning.
