About Our Client

Our client is a leading multinational real estate development and construction company.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Development Manager to lead our development projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction management, architecture, or engineering, and will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project development, including land acquisition, budgeting, and project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  2. Team Leadership: Lead and manage cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project deliverables are met.
  3. Financial Management: Oversee project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  4. Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, including construction delays, cost overruns, and regulatory issues.
  5. Contract Administration: Manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
  6. Quality Control: Conduct regular site inspections to ensure project quality and safety standards are met.
  7. Project Closeout: Oversee project closeout, including final inspections, punch lists, and warranty administration.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in construction management, development, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Proven leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in project management software.
  4. Certifications: PMP certification is a plus.
