Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategic partnerships to drive growth and success.
- Partnership Management: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute business plans, provide resources and support to partners, and ensure mutual growth and success.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to position our company optimally and identify new business opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to drive business growth and success.
- Communication: Develop and deliver Quarterly Business Reviews to members of partners' C-suite teams to ensure transparency and alignment.
- 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Account Management, or Sales.
- Experience in retail, payments, or ecommerce.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proven track record of identifying and closing business opportunities.
- Ability to conduct thorough market research and adapt business strategies accordingly.
- A passion for learning about and engaging with new cultures.
- High level of drive and the desire to build a business from the ground up.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Experience with CRM systems and data-driven decision making.
- Strong analytical skills and experience in performance metrics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach.
