Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials and Logistics Manager to join our team at Buscojobs México. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the materials supply chain to meet customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train shipping department personnel in roles or responsibilities regarding global logistics strategies.
  • Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, training or safety records.
  • Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements.
  • Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in purchasing, import/export, warehouse, or materials management in a manufacturing environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of function and department processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 3 years of managerial experience.
  • Fully bilingual (Spanish/English).
  • Able to visit the USA with a valid tourist visa.
