The Financial Crime Analyst is a key role within Citi's Compliance and Control team, responsible for monitoring and mitigating financial crime risks. This position plays a critical part in ensuring the integrity of our financial systems and maintaining a strong reputation in the industry.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Conduct thorough reviews of client profiles to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's internal policies

• Analyze and investigate potential financial crime risks, working closely with the Compliance and Control team to develop and implement effective mitigation strategies

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of financial crime monitoring and reporting activities

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of financial crime regulations and industry best practices

• Provide expert guidance and support to colleagues on financial crime-related matters

**Requirements:**

• 0-2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in banking operations or financial crime compliance

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field
