**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our production, maintenance, and warehouse employees. Your primary goal will be to ensure that our departmental and organizational goals are met, while also promoting a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Direct and supervise production, maintenance, and warehouse employees to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement plans to enhance efficiency, productivity, and quality.
• Monitor and troubleshoot workmanship problems to ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed quality requirements.
• Plan and implement maintenance schedules to maximize equipment uptime and utilization.
• Implement and monitor safety programs and housekeeping practices to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
• Determine manufacturing and distribution priorities based on production schedules and make daily assignments to meet customer delivery dates.
• Establish and maintain employee environment, including communication, feedback, and guidance, to ensure that assigned personnel have the necessary training, work instructions, and tools to perform their jobs effectively.
• Administer employee policies, practices, procedures, and work rules to ensure compliance and maintain a positive work environment.
• Monitor and manage departmental operating budgets to ensure targets are met.

**Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in production supervision, manufacturing management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of general accounting principles and practices.
• Understanding of employee policies, practices, procedures, and work rules.
• Knowledge of manufacturing and distribution processes, quality, tooling, total preventative maintenance, and facilities.
• Understanding of Deere Production System, Lean Manufacturing, Just-in-Time, Kanban, Demand Flow Technology.
• Working knowledge of operating and information systems.
• Knowledge of shop floor manufacturing and/or warehouse and distribution production pay systems.
• Knowledge of products, customers, markets, and competitors.
