Team Leadership:
Oversees a team of HR professionals, guiding them in achieving daily operational goals. Responsible for the effective implementation of human resources programs to ensure smooth functioning within the designated business unit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishes and communicates clear objectives for team members, ensuring alignment with human resources initiatives.
- Clarifies and disseminates HR policies and procedures, ensuring comprehension among employees and stakeholders.
- Monitors and manages personnel budgets, identifying discrepancies and areas for improvement.
