Vishay Dale Electronics, LLC, a leading manufacturer of resistors and e-beam technology, is seeking a highly skilled Manager – Subcontracting and Resale Projects to drive strategic planning and coordination across various departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Vishay Product Marketing, Engineering, Regional Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, and Quality personnel to select and evaluate products and suppliers.
- Coordinate and assist with the qualification of product and supplier production sites, ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Support the development and completion of collateral materials and pre-launch prerequisites.
- Conduct routine audits of suppliers' systems and processes to ensure adherence to Vishay and international standards.
Requirements:
- 5-10 years of experience in operations with significant manufacturing and/or project management experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, with an MBA a plus.
