Your Role
As a Senior Customer Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a flawless supply chain for LA requirements. This includes tracking material arrivals, developing production plans, and prioritizing tasks based on business needs. You will also ensure on-time options and box fulfillment to meet customers' commitments.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute appropriate fulfillment and materials transfers to suppliers and other locations
- Look for alternative parts when facing critical shortages through Engineering systems
- Validate and assure technical information
- Provide engineering support to achieve the best results for our customers
- Track off-spec and short ships when needed until closure with the customer
