We are seeking a highly skilled SAP SD Junior to contribute to our team in Mexico City, Mexico. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and deploying SAP solutions to achieve defined business goals.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing SAP solutions to achieve business goals
  • Involved in full cycles, large-scale, and end-to-end international projects
  • Implementing new or maintaining existing business solutions in SAP SD module
  • Proposing, configuring, documenting, and testing business solutions in SAP SD module
  • Providing functional expertise, guidance, and instruction on SAP processes to clients
  • Closing communication with clients and building good relationships
  • Closing communication with the development team
  • Refining the SAP SD process scope for customers and configuring the system accordingly
  • Performing system demonstrations to showcase SD functionality and identify additional gaps or requirements
  • Working with development team members to leverage existing reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows
  • Identifying customer security requirements and working with the Security team on creating necessary security profiles
  • Leading field mapping and data conversion activities for SD Material Master, Business Partner Data, and other Master Data records
  • Performing demonstrations of the updated system, post-build activities to showcase the fully configured system
  • Performing integration testing activities and supporting during the execution of user acceptance testing activities, resolving any issues in the SD and Variant Configuration space
  • Training customers on the use of SD functionality in the SAP system

Requirements for this role include:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in SAP design, prototyping, configuration/build, and testing activities, specifically in SAP SD processes
  • Experience as a SAP Consultant with at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project
  • Hands-on experience in the requirements gathering/fit-gap, design/blueprinting, and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation programs
  • Deep understanding of business processes and good knowledge of technical issues in the field of materials management
  • Team management and project management skills as an asset
