Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our team and oversee the processing of incoming invoices and payments to vendors. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of accounts payable professionals to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to align requirements and dependencies.
  • Oversee exception management and ensure that urgent processing requirements are met.
  • Engage with internal teams to ensure that resources are available to meet payment deadlines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in accounts payable management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze and resolve complex financial issues.
  • Knowledge of financial software and systems.
