Job Summary

The Branch Personal Executive is an entry-level position responsible for assisting in the execution of sales, product, and service activities in coordination with the customer service team. The primary objective of this role is to foster relationships with customers to build loyalty and increase sales to individual consumer clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attract and retain new customers and sell financial products, achieving monthly sales goals.
  • Promote and sell financial products such as accounts, credit cards, insurance, personal loans, and investments.
  • Complete branch sales and/or visit clients and previously prospected customers for sales.
  • Complete customer retention and select the best course of action from a broad array of defined options.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in sales of financial products.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
