Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Product Owner to join our team at Hewlett Packard. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for defining and delivering business intelligence solutions that drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports for data visualization, leveraging your expertise in data analysis and product management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product features with customer needs, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Develop and maintain product requirements, user stories, and epics, working closely with the agile team to execute on the product backlog.
  • Utilize your problem-solving skills to address business challenges using data-driven approaches, driving business growth and improvement.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in product management, data analysis, and business intelligence, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies and software development life cycles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey data insights and product visions to stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data trends and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience with Gainsight, PowerBI, or other UI reporting tools, as well as SQL proficiency and knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and database management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience as a Customer Success Manager or in operations for customer success, sales, support, services, or marketing.
  • Knowledge of CRM administration and certification, as well as experience interacting with senior leadership and managers.
  • Understanding of digital fluency, customer centricity, and results orientation, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
