Key Responsibilities- Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements, build user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the software development team.
- Identify project stakeholders and understand and define business needs, project objectives, and deliverables.
- Communicate project updates, documentation, and ensure stakeholder sign-off.
- Contribute to an atmosphere of cross-functional collaboration within the organization's Agile project lifecycle.
- Coordinate with the project team to triage, prioritize feature requests, bugs/defects, and other development items.
- Break down complex requirements into User Stories written from a business perspective that can be coded and tested in short iterations.
- Perform validation (i.e., functional, independent validation and verification, and user acceptance testing) to ensure requirements are understood and to acquire testing outcomes.
- Develop reports, analytics, and visualizations to meet business requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or similar field.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst in Information Technology.
- Agile or relevant experience working in teams to deliver expected outcomes.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and motivational skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in creating Power BI and/or Tableau reporting.
- Optimizing SQL queries including Stored Procedures, Views, Functions, ETL's, and Reporting tools.
- Good knowledge of PL/SQL Queries.
- Experience with Snowflake.
- Experience with Business Intelligence Solutions using Microsoft Technology (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, SSMS, etc.).
