The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior User Experience Designer to lead the design of our digital platform. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for creating an intuitive and engaging user experience that meets the needs of our students, parents, teachers, and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop a user-centered digital platform that meets the needs of our diverse stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and coherence across our digital products.
- Conduct user research and analysis to inform design decisions and ensure that our platform meets the needs of our users.
- Design and develop high-fidelity prototypes and user flows to test and refine our digital products.
- Work closely with our engineering team to ensure that design solutions are feasible and meet technical requirements.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in user experience design, with a strong portfolio that showcases your skills and expertise.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and human-computer interaction.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with design systems and user research methodologies.
