The ideal candidate will have 0-2 years of experience in a related field, with basic analysis and reporting skills. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
As a Workforce Capacity Analyst, you will be responsible for performing workforce analytics, monitoring, assessing, and analyzing workforce data. You will also perform short and long-term capacity planning analysis, make judgments, and formulate recommendations on policies, procedures, or practices.
