Key Responsibilities- Drive process improvements and ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
- Provide highly effective and efficient end-to-end processes to the Business Function
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal controls
- Collaborate with key stakeholders and business partners to achieve operational excellence
- Develop and execute training programs in process excellence, financial IT systems, technical accounting, internal controls, and fraud awareness
- University degree in Accounting or Commerce
- Advanced level of English
- At least 10 years of relevant financial experience with an outsourcing or Shared Service organization
- Team management experience, including performance management and career development of Associates
- SOX knowledge and clarity about accounting internal controls/audit
- Collaborative and influencing skills
- Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge
- Financial Reporting & Accounting (Strong knowledge and experience in A2P)
