Key Responsibilities:

• Review the production schedule at the beginning of each shift to identify necessary tool changes and prepare accordingly.
• Ensure that the pre-set-up area is well-maintained, with tools pre-heated and ready for use.
• Verify that outgoing mould parameters are accurate and record any changes made.
• Fit the mould into the machine, connecting pneumatic, hydraulic, and electric systems, and ensure safe clamping.
• Introduce injection parameters and verify part quality, making adjustments as needed.
• Maintain the tool setup book, keeping it up-to-date and accessible to production teams.
• Report any incidents or issues with equipment or tools.
• Adhere to Health and Safety policies and procedures, and promote a safe working environment.
• Comply with Ficosa's Code of Ethics and Information Security Management System (ISMS) requirements.

Requirements:

• Secondary or Vocational Training
• 3 years of experience in a similar position

Additional Training:
Injection, Pneumatic, Hydraulic, Mechanics, Basic Electricity, Moldflow, Basic Machining in the Toolshop, Basic Health and Safety, and Environmental Management training are required.
