Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare production tools for efficient and safe changeovers.
  • Ensure molds are in good condition for next production and produce without issues in normal conditions.
  • Check production schedules and prepare tools in advance.
  • Preheat and cool tools as needed.
  • Verify injection parameters and report changes.
  • Fit molds into machines and ensure safe clamping.
  • Introduce injection parameters and adjust as needed.
  • Update setup tool books and report incidents.
  • Guarantee Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Secondary or Vocational Training.
  • 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Additional Training:

  • Injection, pneumatic, hydraulic, Mechanics, basic electricity, moldflow.
  • Basic machinings in toolshop.
  • Basic training in health and safety, and environmental management.
