About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist to join our team at Ford Motor Company. As a key member of our Finance team, you will be responsible for developing program financials, working closely with cross-functional teams, and providing financial insights to support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop program financials to support program milestone approvals and communicate financials to finance and operating management.
- Support the development of business cases, profitability improvement analyses, and ad hoc product content studies.
- Collaborate with Finance and functional teams, including Product Development Finance, Marketing & Sales, and FP&A, to develop program financials.
- Forecast participant in process to ensure program material cost updates are reflected accurately.
- Financial forecasting for Product Cost includes Budget and Business Plan.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or similar field.
- At least 4-year experience in Automotive Corporate Financial Planning or similar industry.
- Proficiency in English in view of the continuous interaction with global finance teams.
- Innovative Mentality and Critical Thinking.
- Analytical Skills - Ability to collect and quickly analyze information.
- Teamwork - Superior collaborator.
- Outstanding oral / written presentation skills / fast learner.
- Proficient in Excel, knowledge of Pivot Tables.
