Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Leader to join our team at IPF Digital México. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function, providing strategic insights and recommendations to drive business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decision-making
  • Provide analytical support to the commercial finance team, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Develop and implement financial planning and analysis processes and procedures
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to inform business strategy
Requirements:
  • Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of financial software and systems, including Excel, SQL, and financial planning tools
