- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend systems and technologies.
- Expertise in Java, Python, NodeJS, and Go, with a deep understanding of persistence strategies and database systems.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Authorization to work in Mexico.
- Highly skilled in multiple modern development technologies, with a passion for setting standard methodologies and raising the bar for systems design, testing, code quality, and maintainability.
