Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the design of new features and systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Review and provide feedback on code written by peers, promoting best practices and coding standards.
- Advocate for standard methodologies and tools, ensuring consistency across the team and organization.
- Facilitate engineering discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
- Mentor junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
- Participate in an inclusive, energetic, and highly multi-functional team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong background in Java, Python, NodeJS, and Go for APIs and services.
- Experience with a range of persistence strategies, including relational and non-relational databases.
- Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Authorization to work in Mexico.
- Highly skilled in multiple modern development technologies, with a focus on designing, delivering, debugging, and maintaining front-end user interfaces and back-end software systems.
- Recognized as a technical leader on your team, with an impact beyond your team.
- Passionate about setting standard methodologies and raising the bar for systems design, testing, code quality, and maintainability.
