Team Leader (Sales Scheduling/Demand Planning)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Team Leader, you will oversee the Customer Service/Sales Scheduling area, guiding a team through the following responsibilities:

  • Managing the intricate order processing for both external and internal customers throughout the entire process chain, including monitoring Kanban control loops and overseeing consignment movements within clearly defined parameters.
  • Ensuring timely delivery of complex customer orders by establishing daily, weekly, and monthly production planning priorities in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Raising awareness regarding fluctuations in customer call-offs and demand changes that impact production.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication about delivery timelines, supply status, constraints, complaints, damages, or changes in drawing status.
  • Investigating root causes for discrepancies in inventory levels in collaboration with relevant personnel.
  • Managing and entering IT-based master data pertinent to your area of responsibility.
  • Proactively monitoring customer portals for new logistics requirements, performance evaluations, and logistical claims.
  • Contributing to the achievement of planned finished goods stock levels for complex projects, including ramp-ups, phase-outs, relocations, and engineering change notices (ECNs).
  • Continuously improving delivery service levels by optimizing logistics costs within defined contexts.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2-5 years of experience in customer service roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in foreign trade, logistics, or engineering.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities.
